Medicare Advisor (Ohio)

We are seeking motivated, client-focused Medicare Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will guide clients through the Medicare selection process, helping them find plans that match their healthcare needs and budgets. You’ll have access to leading technology, expert marketing resources, and mentorship programs designed to fast-track your success. 

Key Responsibilities

• Educate clients on Medicare Advantage plans, eligibility, and enrollment options.
• Conduct needs assessments to recommend appropriate plan solutions.
• Assist clients with completing applications and managing enrollment requirements.
• Build and maintain a growing client book of business.
• Maintain compliance with CMS regulations and carrier guidelines.
• Leverage Elkin Financial’s marketing support to generate leads and expand your reach.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry changes, and best practices through ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Active Health & Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Passion for helping seniors and a commitment to ethical client service.
• Previous Medicare sales experience preferred but not required — we provide mentorship for the right candidates.
